Cons

The company does not realize how the employees are the heart of operations. They are more concerned in making a dollar.

Pros

Residents and families are wonderful to work with. My job is very satisfying. There are some really good people who work. I really cannot think of anything else except it's a comical community because the staff are backstabbers and a lot goes on inside the community that makes you not wanna miss a day of work.

Cons

Non professional employees corporate needs to drop in and see how 3rd shift employees are sleeping in residents rooms and empty room. Staff wear unclean and dirty uniforms. Residents are cursed at and belittle. Always short staffed and staff leaves residents unattended for hours and run errands come back in time to put residents to bed and rush through their care. Residents are not giving enough time to eat and they are not encouraged to eat. Community is filthy.
