Good work/life balance, don't feel overworked

Cons

There have to be financial issues at the corporate level. We barely have basic supplies. We went from direct deposit to paper checks shipped from corporate and they don't reliably show up on designated paydays!! Insurance premium is half a paycheck (whole paychecks if you have dependants) and rarely covers anything, $75 dollar copays for well-visits. Unfocused, disorganized management
