Pros
The residents and their families.
Cons
They don't care for the residents and sure don’t care for their employees. The food that they select for them keeps them sick or with UTIs. They keep the buildings nasty because they always cutting budget and one housekeeper for 50+ residents community. They will OVERWORK their employees, and you seem to have a problem with your paychecks either it's late, or the bank holds it for 7 days because there is no direct deposit. They admit residents who are skilled knowing that the staff is not able to provide the full care.
