Pros
Decent pay, good benefits, ok work-life balance depending who you are and what department you are in. If you are senior management or one of the "pet" managers you can come when you want, leave when you want, call-in as much as you want and noting, not one thing will be done or said to you. It's all about who you know and what you are willing to do to make it here. Sorry, that just seemed to turn into a "Cons" part. Well, what can I say?
Cons
Lots of backstabbing, throwing others under the bus so you don't look bad, Senior Management keeps their pets and lets the good people leave so they can get more pets in. Senior only seems to like the "Yes" managers and don't respond kindly to any type of questioning their wishes. Half of senior management needs to be replaced (nice way of saying they need to be fired), the other half needs to be demoted. HR does nothing to help the regular employees. The HR person allows bad managers to stay on and they run off all the good managers. Their is one manager that should still be here, he is one of the few that actually listened to his employees and made some positive impacts on this place. There are others that are good and some that should never have been promoted to managers. It's all about who you know and who's axx you are willing to kiss to make it big. Senior management here is a total joke.
