Human Resources most unprofessional and untrustworthy. Will discuss confidential information with management about career goals and advancement opportunity. Will not stand up for employees. No job security. Very high turnover rate. A lot of temps. This nitche industry is becoming obsolete. The company's technique, product, methodology antiquated. They won't be around in 5-10 years time.

Where to start??? I work in one of the Quality departments. There are managers here that are not qualified to be a manager. Some of them have almost no qualities for working with others. Some of them will belittle people that don't agree with them will try and bully you into compliance. Here they have some of, if not the worst managers I have ever worked for. Some of the managers also have their "pet" employees that can do whatever they want and don't have to pull their weight with the workload. We used to have some (2) good managers that would work well with others to get things done, they have left and we don't have the teamwork that we used to in the areas anymore. It now seems that each department is out for themselves and don't work together. It is now so different than it used to be even 9-10 months ago. It's gone to hell fast!
