Cons

Highest management to worker ratio ever, improvement of skills may or may not help. Slow moving for most processes.

The collegues and the fun in being a leader in a very specialized field. Location of facility, if you do not mind the commute from Copenhagen. Skilled and dedicated staff.

Cons

Resourcing, and often long working days. Resoucing may indicate that it is OK to cut corners, even if this is not the massage from management. In a small organisation less oppertunity to advance.

Great colleagues. Beautiful location in the middle of trees and lakes

Cons

Many employees are stressed due to unrealistic deadlines. Management is focusing more on profit and satisfied stakeholders than on the employees. Too many bad leaders.
