Good place to Work, but some staff get stress

Lovely location, Good longterm prospects for the Company. Keeps employees well informed. Good workplace environments and support. Nice colleagues.

Cons

Had hoped they would go IPO and issue employee stock. Didn't happen. Higher workload in periods than is healthy. Integration within the IT Dept was not optimal.

Excellent benefits, cohesive atmosphere and great corporate culture in the Texas location where upper management truly cares about BOTH the employees and the business.

Cons

Difficult at times to bridge the gap between sites. Could be a little more competitive on salaries.

Management is compassionate, will be reasonable if you are a student, opportunities to grow, work is busy but time goes by quickly

Cons

Low pay, deadlines, overtime, micromanagement by some managers. Culture of management could be more driven for employees rather than simply getting the work done.
