      Pros

      Helping disabled individual on their day to day lives is amazing. Seeing them smile when they are able to accomplish things on their own.

      Cons

      Unfortunately this company isn't concerned for their residents. They are more concerned about money in their pockets and don't treat their residents well and will hire anyone off the streets to only have a "body" working there to support residents.

      Great benefits My team of DSPs were amazing

      The constant intro and removal of new positions is ridiculous. Admin doesn’t know what they’re doing and it’s effecting the entire company’s moral. There used to be team building and appreciation for Managers but they are overworked and under paid. There is no room for growth!!

      *Low pay for all positions *Little room for advancement, except for management positions which only start out at $15.00/hour. *All management and administrators are required to be on call.
