      Pros

      Cares a lot about the people we take care of and makes sure they have what they need. Very family oriented and dog friendly company. Working in the office is a nice friendly job people greet you and you always feel like you belong with the company, I love working for this company it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They really do care about their employees, and are always trying to get us more money.

      Fuzzy feeling knowing you are helping a person be happier in their life. Feeling valued as an employee, you can feel that the company cares about how we feel.

      Cons

      Many hours and getting attached to the clients. Not a high paying field.

      I have found ALSO to be an exceptional place to work where I am constantly being encouraged to think outside the box. The culture here feels more like a family, with teammates and a supervisor that actually care not just about my professional development but my well-being as well.
