      I get to pitch my own articles and management pays fair prices for the work done.

      This is just a part-time job, so no benefits and not enough to make a living

      Flexibility, easy on-boarding, and a timely paycheck.

      Cons

      Some of their tests are created by sub-par language instructors. Even after multiple attempts to fix mistakes, management never took it up seriously. Their Uzbek reading test is utter nonsense. Even after multiple native speaking test-takers have complained, management never reviewed nor tried to fix the existing gaps. They have similar problems in other languages as well.
