      Pros

      Great management team. A progressive culture that encourages growth of its employees. The entire company receives the same bonus quantity each quarter. An example of the "we" mentality.

      Cons

      Base salaries are a bit low, but you are otherwise compensated with bonuses, company stock, a great healthcare plan and work/life balance.
