      None. Maybe it shows you what company to avoid in the future

      Cons

      Nepotism sucks Very close-minded. They operate on the making employees fear getting fired. Therefore, they are surrounded by mostly sycophants. Very high turnover rate, which tells you that the culture truly sucks No upward mobility if you are not a family member. It’s all about the $$$$, so they pay non family members practically nothing while family members come in and are granted non-deserved supervisory positions with fancy titles and huge paychecks If you work here and are not a family member, you will hate your life almost guaranteed.

      -Only good thing about this place are the colleagues. -This company is good at exploiting their employees.

      Cons

      -Really bad place to work for. -Micromanagement to the extreme. -They never care for the employees and worst company culture. -Very low pay and not at all competitive compared to industry standards. Poor benefits. -Very high employee turnover rate. -Extremely toxic environment.

      Pros

      Nothing. Basically you may qualify for all kinds of state-sponsored benefit programs due to its low income and poor benefits provided by Amax.

      Cons

      Try to get a raise, you'll get a promise but no result. The ownership bunch treat employee like tools, not regular human being. Don't get fooled by the fancy pictures, it's deceiving. The turnover is extremely high. If you're doing a good job or good number (in sales) and ask for a raise or you'll leave, they will give you like a single-digit offer or you can leave. Not surprisingly, the business scale is going down gradually.
