      Good people who actually do the work.

      Cons

      Management structure places empahsis and value on being related to the managers over being competant. Abuse and harasment are rampant. Underpaiid unless a relation.

      Great people. lots of parking for employees

      Cons

      Not a good culture HR is a joke Not protecting the well-being of employees. People must come to work onsite during the pandemic and when there are many already COVID-19 positive No transparency from Executives Micromanaged Management, all the way from top President down Condescending/disrespectful from some higher up people Tons of potential harassment lawsuits No company strategic directions from Execs\ Low morale Uncompetitive pay & benefits Check in/check out when you need to just step out of the building They record your hours/minutes

      unethical family business , you won't even have your own laptop

      Dear Reviewer, I am sorry you feel that way about your short-lived experience at AMAX. While we are a very ethical company, we are not the perfect company fit for everyone - this is true with every organization. As for laptops, we do not issue to all employees as we promote work/life balance and simply do not encourage employees to WFH once you leave for the day. We hope you find an employer where you can be happy.
