Pros

Free movies, flexible hours, casual work environment, friendly and young co-workers, opportunities for advancement, understanding and empathizing managers, helpful supervisors, on-the job training, discounted concession items, networking, and negotiable pay.

Cons

Maximum of 28 hours per week, low pay for amount of work required, favoritism by managers, often obscene working hours (anywhere between 7AM and 3AM including school nights), very-fast paced (often too fast), constantly understaffed (especially on weekdays)

Pros

For working at AMC, you get to see free movies, and get discounted food during breaks.

Cons

Everything. Breaks are rarely given... 90% of the managers are rude and harass the other employees. You are not allowed to call in sick, even with a doctor's note. You will get written up for everything. You will get scheduled outside of your availability
