Pros

Started working as a Film Crew, promoted to a Supervisor. Room to move up if you work towards it; since making Supervisor I've found that AMC focuses on strong internal development -- either helping individuals meet their potential or maximize the team's potential as a whole. For those not looking to move up, it's a great place to work and make friends, the people are friendly, and most of the managers are helpful.

Cons

Hours can be minimal for film crew, most capped at 28/wk No benefits for film crew Not enough hours for film crew Low pay for the work done Some management can be lazy Strong push on the rewards program AMC Stubs
