      Flexible schedule, potential to move up and gain a well rounded knowledge of business operations, and of course, free movies.

      Cons

      Not enough compensation (this is an all too common topic to hear about amongst the company) for the amount of tasked responsibility; company constantly trying to squeeze more out of employees to cut costs.
