      The general manager, min wage. Being expected to do everything and managers work.

      After working here for more than a year and a half in high school, I knew this was not this positions anymore.

      Pros

      Good teamwork, learn ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments, develop consciousness to what type of jobs are available to high school and young adult force. Developed great relationships with crew members and others outside of management - learned that I needed to attend college after working here.

      Cons

      Never allowed to sit down while at work, must work full-time to get a raise from minimum wage, pay increase is minimal (cents), dirty work cleaning up theater rooms and bathrooms. No team meetings, celebrations, or no recognition or ability to take a tip when going above and beyond. Pressure to sell more in hopes of getting parties - childish but sadly we are convinced to try faster and harder without getting anything out of it. Your feet will hurt after a day of work.
