-suprisingly hard work for minimun wage -managment is VERY pushy when it comes to the new subs program (they even send people home from work when they havent been selling very many memberships) -several people have also been fired for not selling memberships - very late shifts on the weekends, until at late as 3am for crew members -you wont get a friday, saterday, or sunday off EVER, unless you request it off and even then your not garunteed -I think that supervisors should be willing to do the same work that they expect crew members to do, it really bothers me how most supervisors will just stand around and do nothing when i have a long line in the concession stand, also many supervisors will give me extra tasks to do when they can see that i'm already busy and then they will just go stand around some more and do nothing again! -also to add to that, i think another reason supervisors are so hesitant to help out behind the stand is because they are afraid of mystery shoppers! We already had one of our supervisors caught not promoting amc stubs to a mystery shopper and now all the supervisors are hesitant to help out on register, this just proves that even management does not promote it 100% of the time like they demand that crew members do!
