Good group of folks in Boston office. Excellent on-boarding process. Health/401k benefits etc. solid/competitive. Good training to date and room for growth!

Pros

The title sums it up, but they are the leaders in this industry, they are laser focused on the present and the future. Products are great. I read a review talking about bad benefits and that couldn't be further from the truth. The benefits rate with some of the largest tech companies, are affordable, and have a VERY good 401k program. Management is easy to access. I work remotely so communication is critical. Everyone I have spoken to is responsible, highly qualified and eager to assist. Customers who I have talked to love working with AMCS

Cons

Couple of very minor quirks. There have been several intelligent acquisitions, but that has been a bit of a struggle to understand where each product offering sits and what to focus on. But these are very minor, and so far much less then any other company would have. The ability to have more autonomy with pricing would help too.

I really like working for AMCS. There is a perfect level of independence and collaboration. You feel supported but also have the freedom to excel and show your hard work and talents. The people are hard working but also know how to crack a joke!

Cons

The office is a bit small.
