The people are truly great, the team spirit too. People are always showing up for one another, and help each other out. 5/5 stars to the people working for AMCS. I love my team. Management believes in people, and gives them opportunities to grow and learn. Everyone is trying their hardest and gives their all to the company. Shared goals and vision for the future that is truly insipiring. Such a great company vision. Jimmy, the CEO is really great.

Cons

Sometimes there is a communication problem, and I think one of the reasons is the growth and expansion over the last couple of years. The company is growing faster than they might be able to support. Management does not have enough hours in the day, and people end up leaving due to not feeling seen, heard or stressed.
