AMCS Group reviews

For context, I had several years of meeting or exceeding quota before joining AMCS. Unfortunately, the environment at AMCS is very difficult to foster any level of success. Sales leadership is toxic and does not care for individual success as long as they hit their number. Sales is micromanaged and berated for not meeting expectations, which constantly changing. All sales role are treated like a glorified BDR because sales leadership doesn't believe there is a competent sales rep at the company. Culture is very poor because there is little to no focus on it. Communication is extremely poor so are left in the dark.
