HEAVILY micromanaged. Need to ask for permission before doing anything on the file ie: assign NCM, investigator, etc. Only $25K auth for reserves, settlement etc. One question on manager audit is: Does the adjuster own the file? The answer will always be no as there are always at least 3 people in the file telling the adjuster what they can do better and what they have done wrong. There is no positive feedback. Salary is a joke.

Great networking opportunities, flexible hours if you are a field employee.

Cons

Poor benefits, poor communication, micro-managing at many levels within the organization, low comissions, low base pay, poor pricing models, vast overlap exsits between roles.

Nice coworkers. Really the only nice office to work in De Ridder.

Cons

Upper management and people who worked directly under them were back-stabbers. Low pay and stingy vacation time.
