Too large of an organization for me. They’ve removed all autonomy in an office and always seem to put the cart before the horse.

Great Doctors, Great Staff, Great Patients, Several convenient locations

Cons

-No overtime -New VPs of operations only care about numbers and money not employees or patients. -PTO takes forever to accumulate -Pay is horrible -HR takes their sweet time to correct issues if they even get corrected -Promises for growth but it’s just to keep you around -Money spent on unnecessary stuff, higher ups get bonuses but we have crappy supplies and equipment for patient care -everything is always too much for the budget -overworked under paid -Understaffed -unappreciated -no meetings Bottom line everything is always to benefit higher ups not the doctors or staff that are the ones making the organization the money
