      If I'm being honest, I would say none.

      Cons

      This is the most unethical and unorganized healthcare organization ever. HIPPA violations left and right, no regard for infection control, no colleague boundaries, HR unsupportive and/or inept in their role, Physicians deficient in character and some are even absent in Beneficence- one of the MAIN Pillars of Medical Ethics.

      Light workload, location(s), pay, coworkers

      Cons

      Upper management. Especially that “Lisa” over the nurses is a real treat! Will not work with anyones schedule regardless of the reason. That’s why nurses keep dropping like flies. She wants 24/7 availability Yea…. That’s not going to happen.

      Pros

      The pay is competitive for new employees and good PTO. Senior management was great.

      Cons

      - There was a lot of micromanagement by the manager. - The employees were extremely overworked with poor staffing. - The department really needs some good growth and has great potential but unable to grow due to staffing restraints and push back from pulmonologists. - No respect for this profession and a lot of people were rude and difficult to work with. It was "my way or the highway". - Hospital and technology is old. A lot of patients are not monitored so there is no patient safety.
