There are few meetings and I therefore have more time with my staff.

I feel like I have no network or support. It's hard to keep the physicians happy because they are not supported by administration.

Good group of co-workers .. very steady work

Cons

No raises in 3years . No competitive rates with cost of living. Very short staffed. Finally after merger ended a 2 percent raise was given in the amount of 34 cents for cost of living.
