Cons

Would like to get to know more people in other office locations. Other than that, can't really think of any.

-Will hire without experience, good start for recent college graduates -Great resume builder/opportunity to network as you work with many different clients in a short period of time -Usually do not work more than 40 hours per week and usually there will be an incentive to work extra hours where there is a deadline approaching -Management is well organized

Good Company To Start your AML/BSA career with

Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive, and opportunity to work with various aspects of the AML/BSA are numerous. Very liberal in your work/life balance. As long as the numbers required are met, management has no problem letting the analysts amend their schedule when needed. Good internal training program, very approachable management, diverse demographic. It really was one of the better professional companies to being your career if you wish to pursue AML/BSA. The company even provides to pay for CAMS certification. There are some stipulations, but the trade-off is worth it in the long run.

Cons

Upward mobility is more lateral, but there are opportunities to elevate your career, such as project management or senior analytic duties. Not too many cons, in my experience. The actual work site could use some decor, color, and upgraded refreshment options, but on the whole serves a good purpose.
