Co-workers tend to be nice they had various raffle prizes it was also a very youthful office

Salary and benefits are enough to retain some people, but not great.

Cons

Managemnt is continually confused, turn-over is very high, they focus on quality of work and production numbers but their understanding of how to implement tracking this is disfunctional. It's a simple did you get asked to change something check box, which is highly dependant on any employee's engagement. Simply working on a different project yields wildly different feedback numbers. Their clients are mostly disfunctional banks who need help, so between the internal AMLRS and external bank management you get a very frustrating work experience.

Pros

Nice office, weekly raffle perks, friendly managers. There are many opportunities to work on various projects and with different levels of management. Exit opportunities are solid for banks, private companies, consulting and government work.

Cons

Salaries are low and growth within the company looks to be limited to tenure.
