      Unprofessional recruiters & managers, do not care about employees; mandating in office with no where to sit, do not care if you have child care or not

      High turnover creates problems for remaining staff. Unclear expectations since they change so often. Advancement opportunities have severely declined.

      Great Stability but lousy pay

      Pros

      -stability (hourly pay for ft and pt so you don't have to be counting minutes and know you'll get paid for hours worked regardless of call volume) - benefits (they are not great, but at least you get them) - diverse and dynamic work culture and friendly colleagues - transparent management - many schedules available, can be changed every 6 months

      Cons

      - very busy, very strict daily schedule - rigid rules (have to be in front of camera at all times, even when not on call, etc) - low pay, no extra pay for night shift, raises are not automatic - in-house growth opportunities are not openly shared
