      Great Culture, Low Pay

      Pros

      The company has mastered the art of work life balance - metrics are realistic - challenging you without overburdening you, the culture is great, and the ability to work remotely (depending on where you are hired) is amazing. It is a welcoming atmosphere that doesn't discriminate, rewards hard work, listens to your feedback, and doesn't micromanage you.

      Cons

      The pay isn't fair, gross margins can be unrealistic depending on what part of AMN Healthcare you work in - competitors can often offer far better rates for the same jobs, the salary is low compared to competitors and commission structure isn't as favorable as competitors.
