      Pros

      Lucky to still be remote, and hoping this continues for the foreseeable future. Lots of support management and great co-workers. Health insurance is the best I've ever had.

      Cons

      staffing market overall, its tough out there - remote or in the office, moral is tough to keep up but imperative for employees to feel successful.
