      good TL and good manager

      Cons

      the system is to use your kindness and compassion so that they can make money. If you get burned out or if you get a complaint, they reprimand you. You get locked out and burned out. They expect you to be kind to others but they are not kind to you. You are the money tree, with your show kindness on the screen .
