      Pros

      Strong work ethic and determination will open doors for you at AMN. Creative ideas and executing projects will get you as much recognition as your leader can give. Because of the company's size, growth and change are very likely. Leadership does it's best to create a "great place to work" from the top down

      Cons

      Pay is less than desirable, benefits and recognition aren't monetary. Lots of leadership change over the last 6 months (not voluntary) makes team members second guess executives. Many mid-level managers are less than qualified, but are willing to take the job for the low pay.

      Pros

      -great team collaboration -fair pay -nice gym -nice cafe -fun environment -opportunity for growth -tuition reimbursement -toastmaster club, wellness program, great opportunities to network

      Cons

      -had some issues with incompetent leaders my first year, but things were taken care of and these employees no longer have leadership roles -healthcare staffing was never an industry I wanted to work in and does not transfer to anything I am looking to do -see some people that are unethical get promoted fast even though it is clear they are acting inappropriately

      Industry Leader Great Work Location, San Diego, CA. Professional Organization leading the temp staffing industry Management Experience in Industry Fantastic Training Programs Great for young professionals starting career

      Cons

      Poor Communication Practices which is dissappointing for such a large professional organization that promotes high communication as a cultural norm. Drinking their own coolade so to speak. Former Colleagues who are currently there often comment that the company culture is not what they profess to be. Pay for the area is below average
