      Too many priorities; Too many politics and super expensive benefits

      Onsite cafe and gym Nice building; clean and very secure environment Plenty of parking Friendly people

      Cons

      Extremely expensive benefits; Lack of collaborative planning at the leadership level; way too many priorities (nothing is important if everything is important); far too many politics and gossiping; lots of drama at the senior leader level; lack of open and honest communication from leaders; leaders do not really spend time developing other leaders, even though they "say" they do.

      AMN is one of the best places I have worked. Fun work environment, Great career plan, training is available

      You definitely have to prove yourself in the beginning, but once you have earned respect you will do well in the company.
