      Pros

      Remote environment with a good effort to show the public their best face. There’s always something “in the news”.

      Cons

      - LOW pay with shady compensation guidelines. - Management does not care about you or your work-life balance. - Zero chance at promotion or salary increase. - Poor communication both internally and externally - colleagues and customers always complain about this and the effort to “save face” or NOT refund according to constantly changing guidelines. - SO short staffed at all times of the year due to their stinginess and lack of retention efforts.

      Pros

      The people are great, all here for a mission. As long as I keep my schedule/manager updated, I can flex my schedule to fit my personal life. Multiple people have been promoted from within the organization. It is great to see hard work pay off for my coworkers.

      Cons

      The company is growing, with growth comes constant change. It isn't the right environment for everyone, but I like change & innovation, so I do well with it. Also, salaries can be a bit lower than elsewhere, but as a start up, employees get company stock options which should pay off in the long run.
