Pros
Great company & concept, really working toward creating a positive change for international students. Leadership does promote a work/life balance, even if not feasible due to the workloads of a startup. Most of the staff really do care about the mission & are great people. It is a start-up, so you need to be able to be flexible and turn on a dime. They have been dealing with COVID in a way that is keeping me happy. We were one of the first companies to go remote, and are encouraged to stay safe. I do not foresee us being back in the office until 2021. Summer Fridays on (only) half of the Fridays.
Cons
Leadership needs to listen to those with experience & review salaries to be more consistent. We may not have been in this specific niche industry for 7 years, but do know what we are doing, which is why we were hired in the first place.
