AMO is a great place to work. Leadership actually listens & wants employees to grow with the company. Super flexible work, as long as your work is getting done. We all care about our mission and are actually happy to be here. This is the most ethical place I've ever worked at, we do things right, but still with a lot of creativity. If you have an idea, you can talk with leadership right away and start being heard. I've walked into the CEO's office multiple times and have been able to be heard and make needed changes based off of it. Ben & Kyle have really created a great working environment and I'm excited to be part of what we have to come in the future.
Cons
As a startup - sometimes things come up & changes need to be made quickly - always have to be ready & flexible.
