Pros
Money isn’t completely terrible, most of the other EMT’s and Medics are very nice and knowledgeable.
Cons
Disorganization by upper management causes a lot of friction within the company. You work many hours without any regard for lunch, breaks (unless you smoke - then you get them whenever), or mental health. Full time employees continue to get screwed and they will let the part timers know very quickly. Also, when your shift says 12 hours that usually means 14+ hours.
