Pros

AMR gives back 5 fold to the effort that I have put in over my career. The current culture of engagement, clinical excellence, and safety is refreshing and invigorating.

Cons

EMS is a challenging industry with quite a bit of competing priorities. While the career is rewarding, it is also demanding.

I have worked for AMR for almost 25 years. I love my job and I an so grateful to the organization and all of the opportunities I have been afforded throughout my career. AMR is highly focused on improving culture and has made some great progress in this area. The team of field providers are professional and driven to do what is best for the patient and the community.

Cons

As with any organization, you will encounter a few bad apples along the way but thankfully that is the exception, not the rule.
