No on-site working showers for exposures Uniform company often does not fix uniforms without being harassed Ops Manager isn't a team player No room to improve using quality control Communications between field employees and dispatch is severely damaged Medical isn't that beneficial and often isn't set up right per the CBA Missed breaks filed via papers. Employees are not notified if they are approved or not. Cameras in the rigs don't always see the accidents so much as focus on looking at employees.
