•Collaborative •Diversity •Management is open to hearing opinions Overall it’s a good company, however, this is a cheap company. Unfortunately, when off cost of living went up they didn’t adjust.

Cons

•Non-competitive salary •Investment in employees in that they don’t provide perks for employees. •No perks- cell phone stipend, parking reimbursements, team building •No eligible for promotion until after 6 months of start •Training - all training is virtually. It’s either pre recorded or live •No upward mobility •In person team building
