Pros

They pay competitively and make every effort of putting DEI into action. There are opportunities for professional growth, like becoming a Global Virtual Trainer, Mentor/Mentee Program, and they work with a multitude of different clients (across separate industries). PTO is generous, and they pay out an additional 3 bonus days to be used during the holidays. I would refer/recommend to a friend.

Cons

Don't have too many poor things to say as a former employee. Bonus dropped from 8% to 6.9% between year-end 2021 & 2022. The 401K isn't paid out until at least 1 year of service, and Bonuses aren't paid out for at least 6 mos of service.

Pros

Listen, AMS is no exception to the turmoil that we are seeing in the market right now. As Talent Professionals, we all knew the bubble of exorbitant salaries would burst at some time. It just wasn't sustainable. AMS has remained adaptable and people focused throughout the unfortunate lay offs we are seeing across the board internally and clients assignment. It has continued to put people first, provide the best talent solutions and remain dedicated and determined to uphold is missions and values. Pros: True Flexibility in schedule Excellent Professional Development tools Attractive client solutions from tech advisory to and comprehensive 360 Upskill recruiter program. Employee Resource Groups (Black Employee Network, LBGTQIA+, Women's Hispanics, Military, Disability) where you can be your best authentic self Diversified client sectors to explore and stretch one capabilities. Empathetic and conscious leadership Live global sessions with leaders to ask questions Regular business updates with transparency on current status of the business Drop-in education sessions of different areas of the business Open door policy to approach senior leaders with ideas Mentor/Mentee Programs

Cons

Flexibility depends on client. Client assignment increases feeling of being siloed. Newer leaders struggling with culture fit.
