AMS hire without thought meaning everyone is expendable. Their approach is "we can make them redundant easily, especially in the first 2 years"

Has a great collaborative culture with approachable leadership and helpful colleagues. They promote a great flexible working and remote work options to suit individuals needs. Diversity and Inclusion is at the heart of everything they do. They have a strong focus on creating an inclusive workplace with diverse talent. AMS are very innovation-driven where, they actively encourage creativity and implementation of new ideas in projects.

Cons

At times, the workload can be overwhelming, especially during peak project timelines. Limited career progression in certain roles makes growth opportunities feel slower. Frequent scaling up and down of RPO contracts means alot of frequent organisation and staffing changes resulting in risk of redundancy and redundancy throughout the company both home and abroad.
