      Pros

      Amazing people and team leaders who care about your self development, opportunity to work for different clients and gaining experience in using variety of ATS’s and learning more about recruitment processes, additional days off for Christmas time.

      Salaries are not too high, not that easy too get a promotion

      Pros

      Company is growing recently but still slow down is visible. The main advantage is flexibility even if hybrid working was introduced recently. New office was opened in Krakow and it is amazing. AMS is going through positive transformation and I can learn a lot but it requires hard work and sometimes working long hours.

      Cons

      Definitely I feel the pressure and working long hours. Line manager is also very busy so is not able to spend as much time with me as I would like. The salary could be higher but AMS is still just after pandemic slowdown so there is not enough money to increase employees salary
