      Pros

      I have worked for AMS for well over 15 years now and for me it still feels like a great place to work. The company has changed a lot over the years however I still have a sense of belonging and it feels like home. AMS have looked after me through difficult personal times which means everything, and they give me the freedom to be the person I want to be. AMS has a nice culture and fosters an inclusive environment. I have benefitted from the flexible and variety of roles over the years and this is something that is encouraging with us having an assignment-based culture.

      Cons

      AMS has always been a flexible employer which is a great benefit to have however it can make you feel a little isolated/lonely at times so more face to face time should be permitted where possible.

      I've worked for AMS for 10 years. I've had the pleasure of working across several clients across different industries, developing my subject matter expertise in Early Careers Recruitment and working with teams in the UK, US, Poland, Manila, Italy and Germany. Management have supported me through two promotions and a wide range of experiences, including using my paid volunteering days to support my local community and wider social mobility initiatives. The global nature of our organisation continues to motivate me; AMS celebrates and educates employees across all cultural and DEI areas and holds employees to account on values and behaviours which encourages an exceptional company culture. I feel surrounded by experts in their fields whose knowledge I'm able to leverage when needed, and have formed supportive relationships with colleagues despite working remotely.
