      Great company to work for with exposure to best in class Talent Acquisition teams

      Pros

      Exposure to loads of employer logos and sectors. Leadership is approachable and knowledgeable. In the UK you are offered a good reward & benefit package. Across the company you get offered development on your own terms and I get to work flexibly from home with travel to client sites.

      Cons

      It can be challenging if your account suddenly fluctuates in workload, Dependent on our clients for forecasting and demand planning. Budget is usually tight for face to face get togethers if you are not close to one of the main AMS hubs or working on client site so can be hard for new starters.

      Pros

      AMS has been recognized numerous times over the past several years...locally (Cleveland), in the Americas Region and Globally for its flexible work, diverse culture and employee engagement/satisfaction.

      Cons

      It can get REAL BUSY sometimes and maybe there isn't clear direction provided...is that really a CON or is that just opportunity? I suppose it depends on your perspective <3
