      Pros

      AMS has been recognized numerous times over the past several years...locally (Cleveland), in the Americas Region and Globally for its flexible work, diverse culture and employee engagement/satisfaction.

      Cons

      It can get REAL BUSY sometimes and maybe there isn't clear direction provided...is that really a CON or is that just opportunity? I suppose it depends on your perspective <3

      Pros

      The company promotes DEI, drives a fantastic culture of respect and professionalism. It supports employee mental health and well-being by striving to achieve work-life balance. I've been fortunate to have a great onboarding experience. They also offer a wide array of training materials to support continues learning. I've been here for one year and can say nothing but great things about AMS!

      Cons

      You need to understand the industry and that part will take time so it's normal to be pressured in this scenario. However, there's a plethora of training materials available for you to explore and learn from. Unlike other companies, you may expect that career opportunities maybe somewhat limited, but it gives you time to strengthen your skills and competency.
