      I love the connection, flexible working & the people engagement. Working with some of the best people, who have been there for years - so must be doing something right

      Cons

      Salary not as much as in-house; benefits are good for starting out, but can be a little basic for tenured staff in comparison to industry standard. Career opportunities are improving now that the market is growing.
