Big divide between Recruiters & Sourcers

Remote working Some excellent colleagues with incredible experience and knowledge

Cons

Seems to be a big us and them between client and AMS and sourcing and recruiters -so difficult to actually achieve what is needed with all the conflicting goals Seems like favouritism on promotional opportunities and some poor hiring decisions of managers - hiring their friends Benefits are quite poor (like most RPO's) Feels very servant master with clients and AMS constant redundancies and lack of security Outsourcing more functions outside UK
