Micromanagement like a call center and terrible leadership management

Good work environment. The minimum benefits for an international company.

Lots of micromanagement in some areas similar to a call center, you have to check in and check out at the beginning and end of your shift, also at every single activity you do, for example if you have to call a candidate you have to “change your status” and the tool will register the time you spent doing that and all of that work in the end is kind of useless because the results not always show accurate results. Many left the company when this tool was introduced since it is canceling all the appeal that AMS used to have with “flexibility”. Lots of inconsistency in the evaluation of the bonuses and leadership, they want you to believe that they support you and trust you, they don’t. They say that the metrics are based on “objectives” this is also a lie, they tweak the information to rate you based on the lead’s personal believe. The leadership also has favoritism, some employees have lots of work and the favorites they barely work even if the proof is presented they don’t do anything. And last but not least, leadership never resolves at manager level or above, they do not now anything about the operation and they do not defend their team members, plus management is lacking the basic abilities of an experienced leader.
