      Decent company for RPO role

      - Decent Compensation - Decent work-life balance (client allows hybrid schedule) - RPO experience doesn't differ much from being an in-house recruiter - Frequent updates from leadership on what is going on with clients across the business

      Cons

      - Lack of growth opportunities - Company is shifting towards having everyone based near office locations and being fully remote is not really offered now - Internal opportunities in AMS are shifting towards the Phillippines - Poor benefits for US based employees - Frequent layoffs and restructuring over the last year

      Pay was excellent, at the time.

      Cons

      No loyalty and immediate assigned supervisors were constantly changing. No consistency, feedback, or employee loyalty. A group of over 500 employees were laid off right before we were to get large annual bonuses.

      Horrible benefits Horrible culture Everything is to appease the client and management won’t speak up if something is wrong or challenge the status quo. Bad behavior gets rewarded Constant layoffs and no stability Working in constant crisis mode Company is more reactive than proactive in thinking and approach to strategy and partnership with clients. No job growth or stability.
